My Zoom class was cancelled on Tuesday and it is cancelled today. The class is for an hour twice a week and I really need it. I know I have mentioned many times that I don't like Yoga but it is so important for my body.
I use online ones when my teacher can't meet with us, but I can not make myself practice for an hour so I click on the half an hour ones.
Yesterday my right hip was a little sore and I debated all day long whether or not I should do some Yoga. Sometimes you just have to rest to heal.
At the end of the day I turned on a Youtube practice and my hip was completely better afterwards and today.
Hard for me to say this, but, yea Yoga!
